A Note from BossaNova's President and Founder
Early in my career I learned an important lesson: business success and personal success are inextricably intertwined. We work so hard to compartmentalize our lives to be more effective, yet our effectiveness is often what is most compromised as a result. And that's not all. Many "successful" business advisors suffer from health problems, failed relationships, or just plain stress.
This lesson has never been more evident to me than in the time I have built a consulting practice. There is very little true separation between my business challenges and my personal attitudes, beliefs, contexts, and skill sets. And my "wins" are most often a result of my ability to manage these personal aspects such that I am leading with confidence and living in integrity with who I am. I imagine the same is true for you.
Enjoy!
